What is a Mezzanine floor?

With a Mezzanine or intermediate floor, you increase the number of square meters of floor space quickly, cost-efficiently and easily. The Mezzanine floors of Nolte Mezzanine can be designed entirely according to your wishes. These Mezzanine floors can be used, for example, for storage, distribution centers, showroom and office space, or even as a gym. This allows you to easily increase the number of square meters in your business premises without major renovations.

How long does a quote request take?

A quote request takes between 3 and 5 working days on average, depending on the complexity of the project.

What is the maximum load capacity of a Mezzanine floor?

The minimum load capacity of a Mezzanine floor is 250 kilograms per square meter to as much as 2,000 kilograms per square meter. For specific questions, please contact one of our advisors.

What is the delivery time of a Mezzanine floor?

Our floors are available in various finishes with a delivery time of 5 to 7 weeks.

What does a Mezzanine floor cost?

The price depends on the complexity of the project and the load capacity. The higher the load capacity, the more material has to be used. On average, the price of our Mezzanine floors is between 50 and 150 euros per square meter.

Should a Mezzanine floor be inspected?

The inspection of a Mezzanine floor is required by law. Upon delivery of the Mezzanine floor, the inspector will carry out a baseline inspection. The inspector will also visit you to check your Mezzanine floor (periodic inspection) once every 12 months. He checks the current configuration with the specified loads and checks for damage. However, you remain responsible for the safe use of the Mezzanine floor, and you will need to make sure your staff is aware of the regulations.
