About Denis Rusu
I started my career with Nolte Mezzanine in April 2023 as a Sales Engineer, working remotely from Moldova. In previous jobs, I was always focused on the technical side of projects, but I was always curious about working with budgets and finding optimized solutions. The switch from architecture and drafting to sales was both interesting and motivating for me.
Over time, my role at Nolte Mezzanine developed further. Besides working on projects myself, I guide and support two sales engineers in our team. This combination of technical work and leadership helps me grow while making sure our team stays aligned with the company’s goals.

There are multiple responsibilities I fulfill at Nolte Mezzanine. My specialism is sales engineering and project coordination, but alongside this I also support our sales engineers, helping to review solutions. Because of my background in architecture and technical project work, I understand both the technical and the client side of the story. I enjoy collaborating closely with clients, exploring different solutions and finding ways to make projects run efficiently. This is also my biggest motivation: helping clients achieve their goals while continuously improving our processes and solutions.
