About Dmitry Shiyan
Two years ago, I was looking for a role where I could continue to develop my technical and linguistic abilities. When I came across a vacancy at Nolte Mezzanine in Chisinau, I applied. After several interviews and a test task, I joined the Nolte team. From the beginning, I have been able to apply my previous experience while continuing to learn new aspects of the work.
Work at Nolte is both challenging and exciting. Each project requires focus and adaptability, and that constant variety keeps me engaged in what I do.
My role at Nolte Mezzanine
As a sales engineer, I connect the technical and commercial aspects of each project. I prepare offers, communicate with clients and support the process from the first contact to the final solution. The role requires attention to detail, communication skills and an understanding of different perspectives; qualities that I continue to develop with every new project.
Outside of work, I spend time reading, travelling, learning new languages and attending cultural events. These interests help me to understand people from different backgrounds and improve my communication in international projects.
At Nolte, I hope to contribute to stability and long-term success, both for the company and for myself. My goal is to maintain peace of mind while continuing to grow professionally.
