When I’m not working on mezzanine floor designs, I spend my time with my family. On free weekends, I often focus on my car’s maintenance. Keeping it clean and well-maintained gives me a sense of order and satisfaction, much like completing a mezzanine project and seeing it perfectly installed.
About Gheorghe Sîli
Three years ago, I joined Nolte Mezzanine after a friend recommended the company to me. From day one, I felt that this was a place where precision and teamwork go hand in hand. Within the engineering department, I’ve built up both experience and confidence by taking part in various projects and collaborating closely with my colleagues. Each project has helped me grow and deepen my understanding of our work.
My role at Nolte Mezzanine combines both 3D modelling and 2D drafting. What I enjoy most is seeing the moment when a design turns into a real, functional structure. It’s rewarding to know that something you helped create now stands in front of you: solid, safe and exactly as planned.

As an engineer, I’m responsible for making sure every design is technically sound, practical and ready for installation. I work closely with my teammates to develop solutions that meet both structural and operational needs. Precision and attention to detail are key. Whether in a drawing, a model or even while maintaining my car. Both require patience, focus and care for the final result.
At Nolte, I aim to keep developing myself and my skills. I value balance between work and private life, continuous learning and growing independence in decision-making. Every completed project brings me closer to these goals and motivates me to keep improving.
