Process
Clear steps, dedicated contacts and smart solutions

The process behind our mezzanine floors
Installing a mezzanine floor requires a structured approach. That’s why Nolte Mezzanine always follows a fixed process. It prevents misunderstandings, increases safety and ensures an efficient delivery. Our process consists of five clear steps:
We believe in custom solutions, delivered through a structured process.
Step 1: tailored advice for your situation
The process starts with a request for quotation. Our consultants will contact you to assess your situation. What are your requirements? What products or processes will be placed on the floor? What load capacity is needed? Based on this conversation, you will receive not only a suitable quotation but also a dedicated point of contact: your personal project manager. They will guide you throughout the entire process and offer advice, even if you haven’t worked out all the details yet.

Step 2: engineering by experienced specialists
Once you approve the proposal, we involve our engineering department. This is where the design of your mezzanine floor begins. Our engineers translate your requirements into a technical drawing in both 2D and 3D. They take into account the space, intended use and all legal requirements. Every floor includes a structural report according to EUROCODE 3, ensuring you receive a safe and high-quality result. Thanks to our broad experience across various sectors, we always design flexibly.

Step 3: in-house production
Once the design is finalised, production starts in our modern workshop. Each profile is unique and custom-made. We combine hot- and cold-formed steel profiles and apply a coating in one of four standard RAL colours. Other colours or galvanisation are available on request. All our steel structures, stairs and railings are manufactured in-house and comply with TÜV and CE standards.

Step 4: transport and on-site installation
When your floor is ready, we schedule the delivery and installation. Nolte Mezzanine supplies all components as a kit and installs them using a fixed method, always prioritising safety. During installation, we keep you informed about progress. If you have your own installation crew, we provide clear manuals and construction drawings. After completion, we go over everything with you to ensure the delivery meets your expectations.

Step 5: inspection and aftercare
Once the floor is installed, it’s important to guarantee its safety. Nolte Mezzanine offers three types of inspections according to the NEN-EN 15635 standard:
- Initial inspection: immediately after installation or after any modification
- Periodic inspection: annually, to detect wear and risks in time
- Damage inspection: in case of doubt or after an incident
Our in-house inspectors carry out these checks and, in case of damage, provide a cost estimate for repairs. We also map your warehouse in a digital drawing. Optionally, we perform a logistical check-up to optimise your space.

Choose for certainty
Don’t want to think about inspections every year? Opt for a subscription. Nolte Mezzanine offers 1-, 3- or 5-year contracts including all required inspections. This ensures you’re always on time and compliant with regulations.
Meeting all safety regulations and permit requirements
As an employer, you are responsible for safe working conditions. That’s why we inform you about relevant legislation, such as fire safety and permit requirements. If needed, we assist in obtaining a building permit or meeting insurance conditions.
