Two-level mezzanine floor optimizes storage capacity for audiovisual equipment
Smart expansion in limited space
For ACS Audiovisual Solutions, Nolte Mezzanine installed a two-level mezzanine floor with a total surface of 290 m². The floor is built from cold-rolled profiles with a chipboard finish, placed on a column grid of approximately 3,300 x 4,700 mm. Thanks to this efficient construction, the space could be fully optimized for storing audiovisual equipment without losing flexibility on the ground floor.
A solution for relocation and space usage
When moving to a new facility, ACS looked for a way to make the best use of the available space. The challenge was to combine additional storage capacity with room for manual order picking, while keeping the floor free for placing and moving larger components. Nolte Mezzanine provided a constructive solution that was both practical and perfectly aligned with this need.
Technology and customization in perfect balance
The mezzanine floor consists of two levels at +3,000 mm and +6,000 mm. For stability, cross bracing was used. The structure is designed to safely and efficiently store audiovisual equipment. Nolte Mezzanine managed the entire process from design to installation, allowing ACS to focus entirely on its core activities. This turnkey approach resulted in clarity, peace of mind and smooth execution.
