For Boozt in Ängelholm, Nolte Mezzanine designed and installed a mezzanine floor with one level and a total surface area of 2,700 m². The structure combines pallet racking and mezzanine flooring to create a semi-automated storage system perfectly suited to the demands of the fashion industry. The result is a well-organized, accessible and space-saving solution that increases efficiency and optimizes warehouse capacity.

This combination of racking and mezzanine flooring provides a smart way to make full use of the available warehouse space. Goods can be clearly organized and efficiently picked, without the need for building expansion. For Boozt, the system effectively doubled the usable floor area — ideal for managing a fast product flow and large SKU variety typical of fashion logistics.
Technical precision and flexibility
The mezzanine floor stands at a height of +4,148 mm and is stabilized by portals, cross bracing and racking frames. This configuration ensures maximum rigidity and adaptability within the warehouse. Designed for storage and picking, the system enhances speed, accessibility and workflow efficiency while maximizing the available height.
