What we delivered:

700 square metres of additional space to further expand Gym Suppan’s gym. As a result, the boutique and gym will not have to move, but can stay in its current premises.

Gym Suppan’s problem

As a well-run gym, more and more new members came to Gym Suppan to use their boutique and gym. So many, that under the current situation, they did not have enough space. There were two options: move or expand. Since more businesses were already successfully expanding in Gym Suppan’s premises with Nolte Mezzanine, the choice seemed quickly made.

A mezzanine floor of 700 square metres

Since Gym Suppan’s mezzanine floor would be used a lot not only by employees, but also customers there, it was important to integrate a floor into the premises that was not only sturdy and spacious, but also fit within the rest of the premises. In the process of construction, we not only developed a perfect floor, but also ensured strict adherence to deadlines through flexible working methods.

For Gym Suppan, it was essential not to have to close their gym during the installation of the new floor. This required a flexible approach on our part: we worked mainly in the evenings and at weekends, so that deadlines could be met without disrupting the experience of Gym Suppan’s customers.

A transparent collaboration

At Nolte Mezzanine, we don’t make false promises, as Gym Suppan also experienced. Using a detailed project plan and regular progress reports, we worked project-by-project towards the end result: the 700 m2 mezzanine floor. This gave us something to hold on to, and Gym Suppan was always aware of the status of the project. We were able to switch quickly, so everything was delivered on time and specific wishes could be met.
