For H&M Great Britain, Nolte Mezzanine built a two-storey mezzanine floor with a total area of 4,938 m². The system is made from cold-rolled profiles combined with pallet racking, providing a stable and efficient solution for both bulk storage and order picking. This structure is specifically designed to integrate with H&M’s semi-automated logistics process, ensuring optimal use of space while remaining scalable for future growth.
The challenge: more space without moving
H&M faced a growing stock of fashion items and lacked sufficient space within its existing building. At the same time, there was a need for faster, better-organised order processing. Relocation was not an option, making a well-thought-out, scalable warehouse solution essential.
Our solution: a construction that grows with logistics
Nolte Mezzanine designed a multi-level floor structure with heights of +3,812 mm, +4,200 mm, and +7,197 mm. Thanks to bracing, the structure is extremely stable and perfectly suited to the dynamics of fashion logistics. The floor supports not only storage but also an automated picking process, increasing both speed and oversight.
