After starting out as an in-house sales representative, I was given the opportunity at a previous job to take on accounting tasks as well. That’s where I discovered where my real interest lies. When the vacancy for a Finance & HR Assistant at Nolte Mezzanine came up, I knew straight away that this was the move I wanted to make.
I’ve now been working here for 4.5 years and really enjoy it. The mix of financial administration and HR makes my work challenging and varied. What’s more, there’s a great working atmosphere at Nolte, where I feel completely at home. As I work part-time, I’m also able to balance my job well with looking after my children.
