About Tintariuc Anatolie

I am an engineer with a strong technical background and nine years of experience in the field, three of which have been with Nolte Mezzanine. During this time, I have worked on various technical challenges where precision, responsibility and continuous development are essential. Engineering requires logical thinking and accuracy, but also the willingness to keep learning and improving.

I joined Nolte following a recommendation from my colleague Gheorghe. He informed me about the opportunities within the company and the working environment. Based on his recommendation, I decided to take the step and become part of Nolte. Since then, I have been contributing to technical solutions across different projects.

My role at Nolte Mezzanine

At Nolte, I work as an engineer and contribute to technical solutions within various projects. I support projects with my experience and problem-solving skills and actively think along about the most suitable technical approach. What I appreciate about Nolte is the professional working environment, the teamwork and the opportunity to continue developing myself. Teamwork and knowledge sharing play an important role in this. I believe that a positive working atmosphere is essential for achieving strong results and I am motivated to contribute reliably and consistently to Nolte’s success and long-term growth.
