I’m an engineer with a strong technical background and nine years of experience in the field, three of which have been at Nolte Mezzanine. During this time, I’ve worked on a wide range of technical challenges where precision, responsibility and continuous development were key. Engineering requires precision and logical thinking, but also a willingness to keep learning and improving yourself.
I came into contact with Nolte through my colleague Gheorghe. He told me about the opportunities within the company and the working environment. Based on his recommendation, I decided to join Nolte. Since then, I’ve been part of the team, contributing to technical solutions across various projects.
