Anatolie Tîntariuc

I’m an engineer with a strong technical background and nine years of experience in the field, three of which have been at Nolte Mezzanine. During this time, I’ve worked on a wide range of technical challenges where precision, responsibility and continuous development were key. Engineering requires precision and logical thinking, but also a willingness to keep learning and improving yourself.

I came into contact with Nolte through my colleague Gheorghe. He told me about the opportunities within the company and the working environment. Based on his recommendation, I decided to join Nolte. Since then, I’ve been part of the team, contributing to technical solutions across various projects.

At Nolte, I work as an engineer, contributing to technical solutions across a wide range of projects. I support projects with my experience and problem-solving skills, actively thinking along about the best technical approach. What I value about Nolte is the professional working environment, the collaboration within the team and the room to keep developing myself. Teamwork and knowledge sharing play an important role in this. I believe a positive working atmosphere is essential for achieving strong results, and I’m motivated to contribute reliably and consistently to Nolte’s success and continued growth.
