Project Planner

Outside of working hours, I love doing puzzles, running, mountain biking or playing handball. Best of all, I like to head out into nature to explore the world. When I stay home, I enjoy baking. Who knows, you might get to try one of my creations at the office soon.

About

Ciska de Goede

Although I originally trained as an interior designer, I’ve now been active in project management and improvement processes for about eight years. I’ve been doing this at Nolte Mezzanine for the past three years, where I officially hold the position of project planner. When I first spoke with Nolte, the vacancy wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Together, we shaped it into a challenging role that perfectly matches my ambitions. What appealed to me most was the affinity for technology and the international character of Nolte.

My role at Nolte Mezzanine

No two days are the same in my role. After all, a planning schedule is never more than an estimate and can change completely within five minutes. That makes my work dynamic and challenging. During the execution phase, I like to stay flexible so I can quickly adapt and implement last-minute changes. What makes my work extra enjoyable is the combination of varied projects and the great team I work with. I enjoy making processes more efficient, for example by implementing an ERP system. In doing so, I help our team work smarter and more effectively.
