About Eugeniu Odobescu
My background combines hands-on production engineering with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Over the years, I have worked on production coordination, capacity and cost calculations, layout and process optimisation, and quality documentation within the automotive industry. I work proactively and with attention to detail, and I am motivated by practical results: better processes, better performance and stable operations.
I joined Nolte through a referral from a colleague at my previous job. From my first conversations with the team, I noticed a strong focus on quality, collaboration and customer-oriented solutions. This way of working immediately appealed to me and gave me the confidence to take the next step.
My role at Nolte Mezzanine
At Nolte, I work as a Sales Engineer and support customers with technical advice and clear proposals for mezzanine projects. I approach every customer with the goal of solving a problem or achieving a concrete result, not simply selling a product. Playing football strengthens my teamwork and discipline, and reading books about personal development and sales sharpens my communication skills and commercial mindset. My goal is to grow together with Nolte, both personally and as a company, by expanding our market presence and consistently delivering practical solutions that truly work for our customers.
