My background combines hands-on experience in production engineering with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Over the past years, I’ve worked on production coordination, capacity and cost calculations, layout and process optimization, and quality documentation within the automotive industry. I work proactively and precisely, and I’m motivated by concrete results: better processes, better performance and a stable working environment.
