In 2006, I started as a business office and procurement employee at Nolte Mezzanine, which was still called Nolte Storage Systems at the time. Here, I learned the first tricks of the trade and gained insights into logistics and processes within the company. I soon moved to the sales department, where I had direct customer contact and learned what our customers really value.
Over the years, I continued to grow into Commercial Director of Nolte Mezzanine. This is where my interest in market development and positioning meets my passion to optimise sales processes and strengthen our brand. Thanks to my background in sales, marketing and operational processes, I have a broad perspective and can think strategically with clients on various aspects as well as steer innovation and growth internally.
