Yousef Ibrahim

I originally come from Syria, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in design and production. I later completed my master’s degree in mechanical engineering in Hungary. I recently moved to the Netherlands to further build my career in engineering. My background across different countries has taught me to be flexible, adapt quickly and rise to new challenges — qualities that come in very handy in engineering.

After moving to the Netherlands, I was looking for a place where I could grow, learn and put my technical knowledge into practice. Nolte Mezzanine gave me that opportunity. Here I work in a professional and supportive team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central. It’s an environment where I can put my passion for engineering and design to use every day.

My role at Nolte Mezzanine

At Nolte Mezzanine, I work as a Junior Engineer. My daily tasks involve creating detailed 3D models in Tekla and preparing approval, production and assembly drawings. I make sure every drawing is clear and accurate, so both the production and assembly teams can rely on it without hesitation. It gives me great satisfaction to know that my work contributes to solid steel structures that literally form a strong foundation for our clients.

What I love about my role is that I’m not only working technically, but also learning a lot about collaboration and communication. At Nolte Mezzanine, I work with people who really know their craft and are always willing to help. This allows me to gain new knowledge every day and further develop my skills.
