Maximum space, minimum waste

For Bleckmann Solutions B.V. in Almelo, Nolte Mezzanine delivered a three-level mezzanine. Using cold-rolled steel profiles, a column grid of approximately 6,000 x 6,000 mm and a chipboard floor finish, a structure was created that is both strong and efficient. Thanks to this mezzanine, the original floor area of 8,000 m² was effectively expanded to 32,000 m², with 24,000 m² of extra space realized within the existing building.

Solving space shortage with height

Bleckmann needed extra space for storage and manual picking of fashion items. The challenge was to make maximum use of the building’s height without limiting the ground floor, which had to remain clear for large components. The solution: a three-level mezzanine tailored to the company’s logistic needs.

Technology, planning and coordination in one process

A collaboration that works

The success of this project lies in the close collaboration between Nolte Mezzanine and Bleckmann. By aligning continuously, thinking along and communicating clearly, the process ran smoothly. Technical challenges were solved quickly, materials were delivered on time and the result matched or even exceeded expectations. This cooperation shows how a customer-oriented approach leads to sustainable and efficient results.
