The problem of Mirjan24

Mirjan24 wanted to efficiently expand their existing storage capacity. In addition, they wanted to optimise their picking processes. The challenge was to create more available space for storage and manual picking, while using the maximum space of their premises. Sufficient free space had to be left under the mezzanine for storing large furniture parts.

What We Did

We designed a custom-made mezzanine floor. This allows Mirjan24 to make the best use of the space. The floor consists of three floors built with cold-rolled profiles and a column grid of 6000 x 4500 mm. Thanks to the chipboard floor finish, a solid base has been created. The cross braces also provide additional stability. This solution provides Mirjan24 with the required space for both storing and picking furniture, and helps them improve the efficiency of their operation.
