A success story in pictures
The project resulted in a mezzanine floor fully tailored to support the conveyor belts. With a floor area of 180 m², constructed from cold-rolled profiles and a column grid of 6,000 x 6,000 mm, this floor provides a solid and functional base. The various infeed heights of 3,438 mm, 4,500 mm, and 4,700 mm enable optimum support of the logistics processes from order picking to packaging.
The challenge faced by DM
DM-Drogerie Markt faced the challenge of creating more space for automating their order picking and packaging processes. In a facility with limited space, it was crucial to find an efficient solution that would increase operational capacity. What We Did

This floor was specifically designed to support the conveyor belts, making the logistics process of order picking and packaging more efficient and effective.
