Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an administrative accounting assistant!

Requirements:

• MBO+/HBO level of education
• Experience with accounting tasks
• Experience with accounting software
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
• Preferably good command of the German language in speech and writing, English is an advantage but not required
• Able to switch tasks and have an eye for detail
• Take initiative, have good communication skills, and be able to work independently
• Experience in a similar role (is an advantage)
• Residing in or around De Goorn
• Punctual, precise, resilient, and have a positive outlook on life
• An enthusiastic personality, with good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude

Tasks:

• Keeping the entire administration up to date
• Checking, entering, and following up on purchase invoices
• Preparing payments
• Creating and following up on sales invoices
• Keeping the cash book up to date
• Setting up and maintaining project administration
• HRM activities, such as drafting employment contracts, following up on deadlines, registering employees
• Processing incoming mail
• Answering phones
• Responding to emails
• Handling other regular secretarial/administrative tasks that are useful/necessary for the business operations

This is a part-time position for 28 to 32 hours per week. Upon good performance, there is the possibility of a permanent contract.
