Working foreman production

You are and responsible for the progress and quality of the production. Your tasks include supervising and coordinating the team, monitoring production processes, performing welding work yourself, and reading technical drawings. You ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, orderliness, and cleanliness, and contribute to the personal development of your team members. Additionally, you are ultimately responsible for the quality of incoming and outgoing goods and compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and safety regulations.

Who are you?

You have vocational education level (MBO) and a welding qualification according to NEN-EN ISO 9606-1. Your experience in leadership within a production environment and knowledge of structural welding enable you to effectively lead the team. You are proactive, forward-thinking, and a true team player. You know how to motivate and inspire a team, and you can handle deadlines well.
